          The beauty of the lush trees and plants in the Courtyard, appear very natural as if Mother Nature herself had worked alongside the landscape architects and gardeners.

                         The Palm Springs Koffi and Village Emporium were the first tenants to open at the Corridor.  Koffi has become a Palm Springs icon winning "Best of Valley" awards and best coffee awards over and over again.  Village Emporium has succeeded in attracting loyal customers from throughout the Coachella Valley.
