the landscaping design elements and statuary blend together to create a
welcoming, casual "open air" atmosphere for customers of the
Center to enjoy.

The tenant mix at the Corridor accentuates the unique qualities of this
Center. Many of the tenants have opened new businesses for the first
time. A few tenants have moved to the Corridor from the
surrounding area. The Courtyard quickly became a favorite of
locals and visitors to Palm Springs alike.
